Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead a cluster of properties and ensure high service quality experience is delivered to guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel regional operations, adhering to company standards in all departments, and fostering a positive work environment for high productivity.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand the company's vision, operational structure, and organisational hierarchy.
  2. Implement company operations standard operating procedures (SOPs) within your region.
  3. Oversee hotel/hostel regional operations ensuring adherence to company defined standards in all departments.
  4. Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Manage operational budgets by adequate resource allocations and minimising expenses via cost-effective strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Min. 6 years experience in the hospitality industry with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language is a MUST.
