Key Leadership Role

The Area General Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding franchise networks across designated regions.

This role requires a proactive individual who can lead, guide and train team members while building and nurturing relationships with potential partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Identification & Strategy: Collaborate with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities for expansion.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze and call leads from potential areas.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings: Scrutinize and shortlist potential profiles that align with standards.
  • Area Visits & Prospect Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
  • Franchise Conversion & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into partners.
  • Performance Management: Achieve targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, operations or sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
