Are you a detail-oriented data strategist with exceptional analytical skills? We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Analytics professional to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical analytics solutions that drive sales growth and revenue. Your expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python will enable you to extract insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with experience in Salesforce CRM preferred. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Design and implement dashboards, reports, and statistical models to track sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver strategic insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and concise recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Leverage statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence to develop accurate forecasts and support capacity planning and target setting.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools for data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
