Seeking an accomplished Finance leader to helm Regional Head of Finance role in a fast-paced, global tech company.

This position oversees regional financial reporting and closing, financial planning, and cash flow management. It also provides strategic financial insights to the regional management team, tax, treasury, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements regional finance strategy and objectives aligned with global strategy.
  • Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Supervises preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensures adherence to international accounting standards and monitors regulatory changes.
  • Drives improvements in financial processes and workflows, enhancing reporting accuracy.
  • Serves as primary contact for auditors.
  • Provides financial expertise to leadership, contributing to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Covers coaching, development, and motivation of a team of finance professionals.
  • Supports cross-functional collaboration for enhanced financial governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant controlling and advisory experience.
  • Experience managing and developing Finance teams in a multi-national environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive process efficiencies.
