Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cluster management efforts in the financial services sector. As Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in this key market.

Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for partnerships and alliances with local officials and dealers, as well as source EV fleet customers in the local EV market. You will analyze regional market trends to discover new avenues for growth and manage the rollout of our products in the region.

In addition, you will work closely with partners to develop monthly sales plans and manage soft and hard collections. Your role will also involve ensuring alignment with our pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives and handling bulk clients in the region.

  • You must have a proven track record in retail loan sales and collections, preferably with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to converse fluently in the local language are essential.
  • A go-getter attitude and hands-on approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.
