The role of Senior Guest Services Specialist is to deliver a world-class experience for every guest interaction. This involves engaging with guests through our platform to foster meaningful relationships, drive loyalty, and boost sales.
As a key member of the team, you will be empowered to make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and helpful manner. You will leverage your excellent guest service skills, strong work ethic, and integrity to provide exceptional experiences.
You will collaborate with teams across Target to effectively address guest issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and communicating guest trends to leadership in a prompt and efficient manner.
To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and able to quickly respond to changing business needs while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include meeting department performance standards and goals related to performance and quality service. A thorough understanding of policies and procedures is also essential to ensure compliance.
Work Environment:
- Multi-media environment (e-mails, phone calls, chat, letters, and other non-guest facing work types)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- Fresher or 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in Chat environment
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, and empathetic style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiating
- Experience dealing with escalated guest complaints
- Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems, and appropriately resolve guest issues
- Open to working in 24/7 shifts, preferably in US time zones
