Customer Experience Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Trainer to champion our vision and mission by developing and delivering best-in-class training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with learning objectives and participant needs.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct dynamic training sessions, adapt delivery style to meet diverse learning preferences, and engage participants actively.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Skillfully transfer knowledge and essential skills to participants through effective communication and practical exercises.
  • Assessing Training Needs: Proactively identify training needs of individuals or teams through assessments, surveys, or interviews.
  • Learning Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
  • Individual Support and Coaching: Provide personalized support and coaching to participants as needed.
  • Training Administration: Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to training, including scheduling sessions and managing training materials.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
  • Training Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in various roles, preferably with a strong emphasis on soft skills development and customer experience training.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in customer experience best practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and engage participants effectively.
  • Presentation and Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate dynamic discussions.
  • Active Listening: Attentive and actively listening to participants' questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt training methods and content to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Empathy and Patience: Demonstrating empathy towards participants' learning challenges and being patient in addressing their queries.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Proven ability to plan and organize training sessions, manage training materials, and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Skilled at building rapport with participants and establishing a positive learning environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges or obstacles that may arise during training sessions.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Competence in assessing learning outcomes and collecting feedback.
  • Continuous Learning: A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
