Job Title: Customer Experience Champion

About Us:

We're a leading online platform for home interior goods, with a rapidly expanding offline presence.

Our mission is to bring great design options for Indian Homes.

We've catered to over 10k homes and aim to bring change to 1 million homes by 2030.

We operate multiple experience centers in Bangalore.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
