Business Analyst Position

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to prepare and submit sales invoices, applications for payment and credit notes.
  • Ensuring approval for sales invoices and credit notes is obtained in a timely manner.
  • Posting invoices and credit notes onto our finance system, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Liaising with Project Managers to ensure that all invoicing is completed within agreed timelines.
  • Preparing and distributing information/reports regarding unbilled balances to Project Managers.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers and the Cash collections team to resolve billing queries and collect cash efficiently.
  • Preparing and distributing job-related reports and information, such as time and expense reports.
  • Supporting project managers in maintaining accurate timesheets on a regular basis.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent English language skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Able to communicate professionally with internal offshore colleagues.
  • Attention to detail while validating contracts and preparing sales invoice copies.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, building relationships with business stakeholders and project managers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines regularly.
  • Organized and flexible with adaptability to changing work demands.
