
Support Partner Program

We're seeking an experienced analyst to support our partner program by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries.
- Provide operational support to our partner program, particularly by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Act as liaison for the Global Ecosystem Operations team with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
- Lead and support business process improvements and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems, strong customer service skills, and effective communication skills. They will also have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC, and taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to our partners and internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive results and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business process improvements.
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC.
