Role Description:

The Salesforce Partner Enablement team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Enablement Program Manager who can combine strong program management discipline with operational rigor and data-driven insights to grow partner capabilities, foster innovation, and deliver measurable business impact across the strategic global partner ecosystem in India.

This role will focus on program management of partner initiatives end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution of enablement operations, logistics, and analytics to accelerate ecosystem growth. You will create and manage engagement programs delivered through Webinars, Workshops, and Summits, while tightly collaborating with Product SMEs, Alliances & Channel teams, and Product & Engineering leaders. In addition, you will serve as a key conduit between Product teams and Partners to support new product introductions (NPIs), innovations, and emerging capabilities across the Salesforce portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage scalable, value- and output-driven partner enablement programs with clear outcomes, timelines, and success measures, aligning internal teams and partner stakeholders around shared goals.

- Coordinate and facilitate connects across Salesforce teams and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on enablement initiatives.

- Leverage strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Industry products to enable meaningful and outcome-driven conversations with partner stakeholders.

- Drive operational excellence by overseeing logistics, communications, and workflows for programs and events.

- Track program engagement, outcomes, and ROI through dashboards and analytics share insights with leadership.

- Lead and support strategic partner events, workshops, and innovation initiatives with strong program governance.

- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, identifying needs and ensuring programs deliver measurable ecosystem growth, underpinned by platform and product expertise.

Requirements:

- Passionate about partners, the role of partners in Salesforce's success, and dedicated to building a robust Partner ecosystem.

- 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Enablement, or Program Management roles, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong program management expertise with the ability to design, execute, and scale enablement programs that deliver measurable impact.

- Working knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, with familiarity across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Industry products to enable meaningful partner engagements.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect diverse internal teams and partner stakeholders.

- Experience in organizing and managing large-scale events, workshops, or partner programs with operational rigor.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track ROI, program performance, and provide data-driven insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field MBA preferred.

- Passionate about partners and the role they play in Salesforce's success, with a dedication to building a robust, innovative, and future-ready partner ecosystem.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Alliances, and Partner-facing teams to align priorities and deliver enablement programs.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and apply them in creating scalable enablement solutions.
