Workforce Optimization Specialist

We seek a seasoned Transformation Lead to spearhead our Workforce Optimization initiatives. This role demands strategic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, build, and implementation of transformative workforce solutions using UKG platforms.
- Act as a senior advisor during critical decision-making phases, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
- Manage multiple delivery workstreams, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and adherence to established parameters.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging analytics and automation to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Mentor consultants and delivery managers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Proven experience in managing high-paced transformation programs across diverse industries.
- Advanced business analysis and process redesign skills.
- Deep understanding of UKG integration frameworks with internal/external systems.
- Experience delivering at least 5+ workforce management transformation programs.
- UKG certifications preferred (Dimensions, Pro, Analytics).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with UKG platforms.
- Location: Major Indian cities.
- Management Level: Senior Manager.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
