Workforce Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Workforce Management, preferably in banking and finance environments. They will be responsible for managing workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario creation using Aspect WFM and Anaplan. Additionally, they will provide effective stakeholder management up to Head-of-level and partner with various teams to drive business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient workforce scheduling strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data and create insights to inform workforce planning decisions.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in Workforce Management, preferably in banking and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Aspect (eWFM/Alwaria), Anaplan, and Power BI.
  • Excellent software and spreadsheet application skills, including Excel and Access.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply insights and recommendations.
