Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategic Leader to drive frontline operations and engage in high-level client partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and automation tools.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Clients Engagement & Business Growth: Lead discovery calls to identify client pain points, business objectives, and current Martech infrastructure. Foster consultative dialogues to align solutions with real-world client challenges.

2. Solution Engineering & Project Readiness: Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and engineers to develop tailored Martech solutions for mission success. Create comprehensive proposal documents and deliver clear insights.

3. Territory Expansion & Deal Closure: Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline across sectors and geographies. Drive the entire operation from initial engagement through prolonged negotiation to successful deal closure.

4. Smooth Transition & Knowledge Sharing: Coordinate seamless handovers with internal teams to ensure efficient deployment of resources post-contract. Transfer critical knowledge effectively.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging tools. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
