Reliance Jio is a leading telecommunications company in India, seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Enterprise Business Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships across the SMB division in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and understanding their business needs.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing relationships through regular communication, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales cycles and meet account metrics.
  • Cloud and Saas Selling Experience: A plus for candidates with experience in selling cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in corporate sales or account management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary range for this position is ₹15 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs depending on qualifications and experience.
