We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Development Professional. This role involves acquiring new customers for LAP/SBL/Home loans from the open market, ensuring timely completion of files and disbursal documents within adherence to KYC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for empanelment of channels and acquiring the customers for LAP/SBL/Home loans from the open market.
- Ensuring awareness of the Piramal brand and managing sales and business development activities with focus on rate-sensitive Home Loans/LAP/SBL markets in assigned locations.
- Facilitating smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, and customer service.
- Complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of targets.
Onboarding Process:
- Screening & Briefing by Recruiter/Counselor
- Conditional Offer Letter Distribution
- 18 days Virtual Training for 8 hours (10 am to 6 pm)
- Assessment
- Candidates will join the organization as Trainee on successful completion of course on the basis of assessment scores.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (No PGDM or Masters)
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Mandatory documents for virtual training: Resume, Aadhar Card, Pan card, Passport size photo, Graduation marksheet
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and benefits.
