Sales and Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Server Hosting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Salary: ₹ 14,50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, service issues, and escalations.
- Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, targeting businesses that need hosting solutions, data center services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, pricing, and presentations, collaborating with the technical team when necessary to ensure the solution fits the client's needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the server hosting, cloud services, or IT solutions industry.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, negotiation, and an understanding of hosting technologies.
