Business Development Manager

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive SME B2B sales in tier 2/3 cities. This role involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential franchisees, spearheading presentations, and providing ongoing support to optimize their use of our tech platform and marketing resources.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the team's efforts to meet targets by building strong relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and foster business partnerships within the franchise network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights from franchisees, informing continuous improvements to our tech platform and support services.
You should have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in team handling, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
- Proven sales experience in industries like SaaS, Edtech, or B2B franchise, with a track record of driving revenue and fostering business partnerships.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
