We are seeking an experienced Sales Director Plywood Sector to lead our sales efforts in the Chandigarh region. This senior role requires a highly skilled sales professional with a deep understanding of the plywood industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
    - Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and potential business avenues within the plywood sector.
  • Team Leadership:
    - Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet performance goals.
    - Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and support team development initiatives.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development:
    - Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    - Establish strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders to expand the company's footprint.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    - Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
    - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
    - Monitor key KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

Salary:
Rupees 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 per annum based on experience.
