Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to fulfill business manpower needs by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to design and implement sourcing strategies that optimize source mix and manage vendor relationships.
  • Drive competition mapping and talent market intelligence to stay ahead in the industry by mentoring and managing sourcing teams to meet time-to-hire (TAT) and hiring quality goals.
  • Execute campus hiring programs, rightsizing initiatives, and support onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee integration while developing and maintaining manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure evolution plans to drive business growth.
  • Manage recruitment management information systems (MIS) and support HR audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, and experience in strategic workforce planning. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
