Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing strategic hiring plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
- Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring
- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
