Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
  • To source, shortlist, and select candidates using various channels and techniques.
  • To negotiate salary and benefits packages to ensure competitive compensation.
  • To conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role.
  • To manage multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
