Employee Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, grievance handling, and exit management. This role combines strategic functions with hands-on responsibility for employee relations, ensuring ethical compliance and a positive work environment throughout.
- End-to-End HR Functions: Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and effective people processes.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Investigations & Compliance: Lead investigations into employee concerns and ensure compliance with ethics and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
- Performance Management: Oversee employee performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback, fostering growth and development within the organization.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational change and drive workforce development, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Policy & Legal Compliance: Ensure company policies and legal standards are followed, maintaining accurate records and providing reports to senior management as required.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive work environment that supports the well-being of all employees.
- Talent Attraction: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates and build a strong employer brand, reflecting the company's values and mission.
- Leadership Support: Coach managers and leaders on HR best practices, promoting effective leadership and team management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HR cases and provide reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
- Exit Management: Manage the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews, gathering valuable insights to inform future business decisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 9-12 years in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations and end-to-end HR functions, demonstrated through previous experience and achievements.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
