About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to lead engagement with outbound leads, develop partnerships, and drive sales growth for our products. As a Junior Associate - SME Partnership, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business through strategic outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement:
  • Connect with Outbound Leads:
  • Receive and connect with outbound leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Source Additional Leads:
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial to source additional leads independently.
  • Visit Partners' Offices:
  • Engage with partners in person to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Understand Partner Services:
  • Understand the services offered by potential partners.
  • Pitch RazorpayX Products:
  • Pitch relevant RazorpayX products to establish partnerships with Chartered Accountants.
  • Own the Sales Process:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for RazorpayX products to the partners' clients.
Requirements
  • 0-6 Months of Sales Experience:
  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Strong oral & written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated Personality:
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
