
Business Development Manager

This is a key role for IT services and staffing accounts. The ideal candidate will own key business relationships, translate client objectives to delivery strategies, manage contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Owning key business relationships: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translating client objectives to delivery strategies; ensuring service level agreements are met and quality is maintained
- Managing statements of work/service level agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a network of professionals aligned to client demand; improving time-to-fill
- Tracking business health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging risks and driving resolutions
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in Business Development/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
- Working knowledge of software development life cycles/Agile and IT hiring cycles
