
Business Development Manager

As a master data management leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the offshore Master Data team and ensuring excellent service level agreement performance.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop the team to achieve expected service level agreements.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the NoCC team to standardize and automate processes for maximum efficiency.
- Financial Operations: Ensure timely execution of supportive financial operations.
- Master Data Setup: Accurately and on-time set-up, modify, and maintain master data in systems.
- Training and Compliance: Manage training, routine people development, and other compliance activities.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and manage relationships between GCC, business units, and stakeholders.
Master Data Management Activities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks of master data setup to prevent infractions impacting business operations or customer relationships.
- End-to-End Process Management: Ensure efficient end-to-end process management of master data.
- Project Support: Support project initiatives with active participation.
General Management Activities
- MICS/Risk Management/Audit Compliance: Manage targets for MICS, Risk Management, and Audit compliance, including creating sustainability models and action plans.
- Back-up Planning: Ensure 100% back-up planning for the team.
- Training Documentation: Maintain Training Tracking Tool and elaborate action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
- SLA/KPIs Achievement: Achieve SLA/KPIs and provide monthly updates, quality monitoring of team performance, and take actions to close gaps.
- Process Improvement: Review and recommend enhancements for improving current workflows to increase efficiency.
- Routine Management: Perform routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one, etc.) according to Excellence Program standards.
- Communication: Facilitate communication flow within the team and with external parties, BU, and ZCC employees.
- Best Practice Sharing: Share best practices within the overall business.
- Duties as Requested: Perform other duties as requested by the Functional Lead.
People Management Activities
- Safety Procedures: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.
- Team Equipping: Ensure teamwork is adequately equipped to perform their duties and responsibilities.
- Administrative People Management: Manage administrative aspects of people management.
- Positive Work Environment: Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- People Cycle Execution: Execute the People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program standards (targets setting and cascading, competency appraisal, operational performance review, personal development plans, recovery plans, etc.).
- Strategic People Plan: Strategize the People plan and ensure timely delivery with expected quality for project-related activities from the Functional Lead.
