Job Title: Business Development and Relationship Management Professional
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Business Associate Intern in the Elevate Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including Program Management, Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, and Alliances/Account Management.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will support program management and business initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients/vendors/partners.
- This role involves assisting in sales and business development activities, building and managing client/vendor/partner relationships, driving alliances and account management tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute program strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Sales and Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales plans, and executing sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Alliances and Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
- MBA from Reputed Institution Mandatory: A postgraduate degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution is essential for this role.
