Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead client relationships and ensure seamless communication between our agency and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives, fostering collaboration between internal teams.
  • Independently manage assignments, conduct client meetings, take project briefs, and present recommendations to the agency team.
  • Circulate minutes and discussions following client interactions, ensuring timely updates and action items.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market share data for clients and competitors, sharing insights with the team.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for creative development, market planning, and research, conducting thorough research and compiling information.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure timely execution of jobs according to project briefs and schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on photography assignments, film/TV production, radio production, and other projects.
  • Manage estimates and invoices, ensuring timely submission and approval from clients.
  • Send reminders for outstanding payments and follow up on timely collection of payments.
