
Strategic Client Relationship Manager

About the Role
You will be responsible for anchoring client relationships in India and beyond, setting the standard for how your team shows up with senior stakeholders. Your role will oversee a team that translates business goals into action and spots opportunities before clients ask.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building long-term trust with clients that drives growth
- Overseeing client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion
- Guiding internal teams to deliver strategies and content that meet business needs
- Anticipating client requirements and bringing proactive solutions
- Developing and growing a consultative partner team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in client service, preferably on the agency side
- A strong ability to lead meetings with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- The capacity to manage both detail and direction
- A track record of running multi-market accounts
- An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
