Job Summary:

The Lead HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, leveraging expertise from tech startups to design and implement people strategies that drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention:

Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and transparency.

Design engagement programs and recognition frameworks to motivate teams and enhance retention.

3. Performance & Growth Management:

Lead performance management cycles, ensuring goal alignment with business objectives.

Design career path frameworks and learning opportunities to nurture internal talent.

4. HR Process Scalability:

Implement scalable HR processes and policies that cater to the fast-paced needs of a growing digital organization.

Use HR tech tools and analytics to drive efficiency and data-backed decision-making.

5. Change Management & Culture Building:

Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.

Promote a growth mindset and innovation-driven culture across teams.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 7-10 years in HR roles, with a proven track record in tech startups or fast-paced environments.

Expertise: Strong experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Leadership: Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional collaborations effectively.

Adaptability: A hands-on approach to solving challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Education: MBA or Master's degree in HR, business, or related fields is preferred.
