Senior Product Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our IT team, focusing on the design and management of our innovation roadmap for software product lines. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and client-facing leaders to prioritize features for our key global software platforms.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with developers and analysts to synthesize business and client needs, create holistic roadmaps, and advise delivery teams on production operations. Your entrepreneurial mindset, drive to action, and technical expertise will help you succeed in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Manage executive relationships, conduct product briefings, and influence stakeholders.
  • Prioritization: Utilize scoring methods like MOSCOW, RICE, and KANO to balance stakeholder opinions.
  • Needs and Value Assessment: Conduct user research, gap-fit assessments, and user experience design.
  • Product Delivery: Partner with teams to ensure product commitments are delivered as promised.
  • Results: Deliver small wins, operate with agility, and measure/report business value.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 15+ years of related business experience.
  • 12+ years of software development, design, and product management experience.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in a global business environment.
  • Experience leading multiple product teams with broad scope and business impact.

You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
