Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Partner to drive growth and success in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our products and services.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, proactively identifying opportunities for client growth and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a SaaS/PaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
