Key Account Management Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries.

This position involves identifying and sourcing executive search and recruitment projects through strategic networking and consultative selling.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft compelling briefs, ensuring timely execution of search mandates and recruitment projects.

Maintaining oversight of project milestones and client satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

You are expected to drive revenue growth through proactive account management and business development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a background in law, private equity, consulting, mergers and acquisition, or enterprise tech sales.

With 5-8 years of experience in account management, business development, legal services, consulting, or professional services, the successful candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

They should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be proactive, and results-driven with a passion for people and partnerships.
