Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
About the Role:
The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. The position involves handling front desk operations, managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and directors in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic information about the organization to callers and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Inform relevant staff members about guest arrivals.
Candidates Should Have:
- A graduate degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
