Reception Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Reception Supervisor. This role involves managing day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-ins/outs, billing, and responding to inquiries.

• Reception Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the reception area, maintaining high standards of customer service and administrative support.
• Front Office Functions: Administer all front office activities, including implementation, review, and continuous improvement.
• Guest Services: Monitor and oversee guest services, identifying critical guests and VIP arrivals, and provide personalized attention to ensure exceptional experiences.

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role at 4/5-star hotels.
• Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with proficiency in email writing, document drafting, and presentation.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Hospitality attitude, aptitude, and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.
• Team Player: A natural team player with negotiation skills, dispute resolution abilities, and effective time management is required.
