Front Desk Executive/Admin Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Front Desk Executive. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team.

About the Position:

  • To receive calls, transfer them to relevant individuals or departments, and provide updates on call status.
  • Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen management, housekeeping, security, and other related duties.
  • Prepare data for HR/Administration, such as overtime, canteen details, and other records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required, including document scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee front office supplies and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional guest management services, including welcoming visitors and arranging refreshments.
  • Ensure visitor management is handled efficiently, including setting up arrangements and providing lunch.
  • Pantry management responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, managing crockery, and monitoring chocolate stocks against certain standards.
  • Office boy duties during guest visits and in-office periods should be managed effectively.
  • Courier management involves daily entry registration, sending items to parties, distributing them, and maintaining records.
  • Resolve any issues related to courier services.
  • The library manager will maintain registers, issue books, send reminders after due dates, and encourage employees to read.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or similar roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
