Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant personnel.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate department or person, and maintain a tidy front-desk reception area.
  • Manage files and update paperwork in both physical and digital formats.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, send invitations to attendees, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Maintain office supplies, ordering materials as needed to prevent stock depletion.
  • Sort and distribute mail, organize office communications, and keep the workspace clutter-free.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of office software and equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

  • A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English language, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
