
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant personnel.
- Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate department or person, and maintain a tidy front-desk reception area.
- Manage files and update paperwork in both physical and digital formats.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, send invitations to attendees, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Maintain office supplies, ordering materials as needed to prevent stock depletion.
- Sort and distribute mail, organize office communications, and keep the workspace clutter-free.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of office software and equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Educational Requirements:
- A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English language, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
