The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.">
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).">
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.">
  • Networking & Infrastructure">
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.">
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.">
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.">
  • Server & Application Support">
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.">
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.">
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).">
  • Cloud & Security">
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).">
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).">
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.">
  • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.">

  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.">
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.">
  • Assist with internal and external IT audits.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise">
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.">
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.">
  • Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).">
  • Experience in backup solutions (Veeam).">
  • Familiarity with SQL Server management.">
  • Proficient in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).">
  • Networking & Security">
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.">
  • Understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs.">
  • Knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.">
