Job Title: Senior Hosting Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Hosting Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This critical role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our products 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor product stability using internal tools to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide first- and second-level support for all hosting products, including cpanel, plesk, vps, cloud, and dedicated services.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes for various products and services.
  • Escalate issues according to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve production site issues effectively.
  • Communicate clearly on tickets and phone calls regarding various issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A strong understanding of Linux Systems, including shell scripting, sed, awk, grep, egrep, vi, vim, emacs, netstat, lsof, strace, ps, top, atop, dstat, grub boot config, systems rescue, fstab, disk labels, ext3, ext4, iptables, sysstat, run-levels, startup scripts, sudo, chroot, chkrootkit, rkhunter, and familiarity with Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, NTFS, chkdisk, acls, event logs, WSUS, Terminal Services, IIS Fundamentals.
  2. Familiarity with DNS and Networking concepts, including TCP/UDP, IP Routing, HA, Load Balancing, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, and application protocols.
