Senior System Administrator Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the development, maintenance, and monitoring of our infrastructure. This entails enhancing IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures for the organization while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all on-premises and cloud-based resources.

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments.
  • Manage and address user support tickets in alignment with ITIL principles.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services.
  • Manage and maintain a hybrid Active Directory environment.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement security best practices.
  • Administer and maintain regular backups and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of Infrastructure services.
  • Generate regular reports on server performance, security, and compliance metrics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues early in the process.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in system administration, and proficiency managing on-premises/cloud Windows server deployments in Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS.
