
HR and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Intern.
- This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
- Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and manage social media handles.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred.
- Interest in social media and digital content.
- Resides in or near Faridabad.
