Raj Seeds Traders aims to become a leading provider of Vegetable Certified Seeds in India within 5 years. We are currently involved in Government supplies.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Admin Executive to lead and manage our full recruitment cycle, develop HR policies, and oversee office operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- This role is responsible for manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- You will develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, procurement of stationery, and other office items.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare administrative reports to support management in decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
