Job Title

Senior Manager Training & Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products, behavioral development, and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
    Identify training gaps across departments by analyzing surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  2. Develop Strategic Training Plans
    Align training plans with organizational goals and business priorities, focusing on skill development and knowledge enhancement for targeted roles.
  3. Design and Deliver Impactful Learning Programs
    Develop engaging learning content including workshops, e-learning modules, and seminars that integrate modern training methodologies and technology.
  4. Train Employees on Financial Products
    Provide comprehensive training on financial products such as Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, AIFs, etc., ensuring continuous updates to reflect product and regulatory changes.
  5. Foster Behavioral Competencies
    Develop and facilitate programs focused on behavioral competencies, sales strategies, and cognitive skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  6. Support Onboarding and Induction Programs
    Lead seamless integration of new hires through effective communication of company policies, culture, and job expectations.
  7. Evaluate Training Effectiveness
    Use feedback tools, assessments, and performance metrics to measure training impact and present outcome reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Financial Acumen
    Deep understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Training Design and Delivery
    Expertise in instructional design, adult learning methods, and training technologies.
  • Leadership and Communication
    Proactive leadership, excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the BFSI sector, with certifications like Train the Trainer or related L&D accreditations.
