Job Title: Training and Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Professional to join our organization in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaborating with business leaders and team members.
  • Design and develop effective training programs and modules in coordination with functional heads.
  • Schedule and conduct training sessions tailored to business requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Continuously update and revise programs to reflect industry trends and business changes.
  • Conduct market research to identify reputed training institutes/colleges (India & abroad) and recommend strategic partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in Training and Development.
  • Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.
  • Over 10 years of proven success in the Training and Development domain.
