Job Title: Learning Content Developer

The role of the Functional Trainer is pivotal in crafting and delivering high-quality training content to employees. Key responsibilities include creating presentations, training videos, product demos, and hands-on assessments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training content including presentations, training videos, product demonstrations, and hands-on evaluations (PPT, video, word documents)
  • Deliver engaging training sessions online or offline adhering to company methodologies for business application support, business policy, credit process, technology, operations, etc.
  • Design training strategies to meet employee learning needs
  • Collaborate with operation, credit, sales, and technology teams to design and develop program content as required
  • Create and regularly update training programs and course materials, such as handouts, PPTs, question papers, and assignments
  • Manage and maintain performance dashboards
  • Develop and manage a repository of all training delivered, including attendance and feedback forms
  • Analyze program feedback and determine opportunities for improvement

  • Energetic professional with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for training delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex situations effectively
  • Strong planning and organizing skills to engage resources (people, content, material, support) to achieve goals
  • Able to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data and/or situations
