The Role of Organizational Development & Learning Manager is a pivotal position that oversees the growth and advancement of an organization through strategic training initiatives.

This role involves creating and executing annual learning plans in line with organizational objectives, developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, coordinating with external agencies, tracking and measuring program effectiveness, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and executing annual L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Designing and delivering training programs including planning, preparation, and infrastructure readiness
  • Facilitating key programs such as leadership development, communication skills, and performance management
  • Coordinating with external agencies for function-specific training programs
  • Tracking and measuring program effectiveness through pre and post-training assessments

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading new initiatives and transformation work, implementing digitized learning interventions, driving supervisory capability development, and coordinating with third-party vendors and trainers.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration (HR) and 7-15 years of experience in Learning & Development. Essential skills include knowledge of adult learning theories, experience in driving organization-wide learning initiatives, hands-on experience with LMS, strategic thinking and planning capabilities, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and exceptional planning and organizing abilities.
