Job Title: Learning Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Learning department as a Last Mile Training Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of hourly trainers and/or Learning Coordinators including their deployment, development, and productivity.
  • Act as a proactive liaison/partner with internal customers and the Operations Learning team by consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business metrics.
  • Partner with operations leaders across all areas to identify training needs and schedule events to meet production forecasts and labor gaps.
  • Ensure network standard training programs are implemented and consistently utilized as required in the fulfillment center.
  • Manage and customize content to meet local needs and track compliance to these materials.
  • Analyze data to suggest improvements for training and operations.
  • Implement network standard training programs for associates, managers, trainers, and others.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coordinating and facilitating activities in partnership with operations leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing training programs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with training methodologies and best practices.
