Job Title: Strategic Liquidity Leader

Job Summary:

The role of Strategic Liquidity Leader will focus on leading a team to design end-to-end solutions for global clients with complex cash management needs.

Responsibilities include leading the team, conducting financial and commercial analysis, collecting and analyzing metrics, coordinating deal review and reporting activity, and supporting strategic meetings and client pitchbooks.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in product management or financial services consulting, excellent organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

They will also possess advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prepare executive-level communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of associates responsible for designing liquidity solutions
  • Complete detailed financial and commercial analysis to support regional teams
  • Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Coordinate deal review and reporting activity including production of monthly dashboards, KPI tracking and benchmarking
  • Complete detailed research at a market, industry and client level to drive strategic direction and prioritization
  • Partner with Research & Analytic teams to share learnings, create efficiencies and maximize impact
  • Support key strategic meetings through production of detailed discussion materials
  • Support creation of client pitchbook and thought leadership materials
  • Participate in planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives
  • Drive deeper understanding of external environment: competition, economy, regulation, client behavior
  • Actively apply knowledge of key industry trends/technological advancements (e.g. data science/digital transformation initiatives, blockchain and other innovations in the Fintech space)

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product management or Financial Services - Consulting / Strategy
  • Proven track record in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; ability to digest complex regulations and legal documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel skills; attention to detail is critical
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level communications
