Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic initiatives across multiple functions. This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional execution, unblocking teams when work stalls, and driving closure on dependencies and decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Strategy/PMO/Program Management and 4+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives. They should have a proven record of coordinating product, tech, finance, sales, and compliance to deliver on time.

About the Role

This role involves running OKRs and executive review cadences, facilitating draftings, alignments, sign-offs, mid-cycle checks, and end-cycle scoring. The successful candidate will also publish executive dashboards with crisp red/amber/green status and lead special projects and pilots from concept to measurable outcomes.
