Strategic Real Estate Lead
  • We seek a sharp and driven strategic thinker to spearhead our Real Estate business. As part of the Group Executive Office, this individual will play a key role in implementing the long-term vision for our Real Estate business.
  • This is a high-impact position requiring direct collaboration with senior leadership to define priorities, identify, design, and execute strategic initiatives across functions. The successful candidate will drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring rigorous execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and drive the strategic agenda for Real Estate. Manage multiple strategy projects simultaneously – spanning growth, operational efficiency, go-to-market optimization, innovation strategy, and organizational design.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis, develop actionable insights, and design high-impact strategic plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely progress on objectives.
  • Bring best practices from consulting exposure to structure complex problems and deliver measurable results. Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews.
  • Act as a project management office (PMO) for ongoing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality parameters are met.

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies for Real Estate business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategy implementation and alignment.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple strategy projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance metrics and ensure timely progress on strategic objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, strategy, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
